Our team brings a combined 60+ years of industry experience from organizations including Amazon, Bristol Myers Squibb, ZS Associates, Microsoft, Big 5 firms, and small and mid-size businesses — spanning Fintech, Pharma, EdTech, Insurance, Biotech, and Consulting.
We saw a gap between the skilled talent employers need and the opportunities available to NC's high school students — and built Astute Talent Pathways to close it.
We manage the entire lifecycle of a registered apprenticeship program so employers and schools don't have to.
We work directly with employers to design and register apprenticeship programs suited to their needs.
We recruit motivated students and match them to employer partners and occupation pathways.
We build work process schedules aligned to National Occupational Frameworks and manage ongoing compliance with ApprenticeshipNC.
We provide continued mentorship and support to apprentices and employers throughout the program.
We coordinate with community colleges and school districts to align coursework and college credit to each pathway.
